Privacy and your health data

A plain description of what this tool collects, what it deliberately does not collect, and how to have anything about you removed.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Your answers stay on your device

The health questions in the assessment — blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, weight, physical activity, hearing, vision, head injury, education, smoking, alcohol, mood, and social contact — are stored only in your own web browser, using a feature called session storage. They are used to calculate your results on your device.

Your answers are never transmitted to our servers. We do not receive them, store them, or have any way to retrieve them. When you close the browser tab, they are discarded. This also means we cannot recover a past result for you.

What we do store

Only if you choose to sign in with Google. In that case we store, in our database:

  • Your name and email address, as provided by Google
  • Your Google profile image URL, if you have one
  • A sign-in session record and the access tokens Google issues, so that you stay signed in
  • The date your account was created

That is the complete list. Signing in is entirely optional — the assessment and your results work without an account.

What we deliberately do not do

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone.
  • We do not use advertising, ad networks, retargeting, or marketing trackers.
  • We do not run third-party analytics products, and we do not build behavioural profiles.
  • We do not ask for your date of birth, name, or address.
  • We do not collect payment information. This tool is free and there is nothing to buy.

Consent, and withdrawing it

Before the assessment asks you anything about your health, it asks you to agree to answer those questions. You can decline and simply not use the tool. Because your answers never leave your browser, withdrawing consent is immediate and complete: close the tab, or clear your browser's storage for this site, and the data is gone.

If you signed in, you can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it by writing to info@neuvitas.com. We will confirm when it is done. You may also ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.

Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights over health-related data, including rights of access, deletion, and withdrawal of consent. We honour those requests regardless of where you live, using the same email address above.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel and our database is operated by our hosting provider. Like any web host, these services process technical request information such as IP addresses and timestamps in order to serve pages and keep the service secure. Google processes your sign-in if you use it. We do not send your health answers to any of them, because those answers never reach us in the first place.

Children

This tool is intended for adults and is not designed for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we ever begin storing assessment answers on our servers — for example to let signed-in users keep a history of their results — we will update this page before that change goes live, describe exactly what changes, and ask for your consent separately rather than assuming it.

Questions about any of this go to info@neuvitas.com.
